Teen seriously injured as BMW hits tree in Christie Downs crash south of Adelaide

A young driver was seriously injured in a crash about 30km south of Adelaide, on Friday morning.
The 19-year-old O’Halloran Hill man was travelling west when he lost control of the car on Flaxmill Rd at Christie Downs, and crossed over the centre island into the eastbound lanes about 4am.
His black BMW then crashed into a tree on the eastbound side of the road, SA Police said.
He sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
